Cancellation and refund policy

Before the visa and ticket are issued

If you cancel before the visa and the flight ticket are issued, the amount you paid is refunded after deducting applicable service charges.

After the visa or ticket is issued

• There is no full refund once the visa or the flight ticket has been issued.
• The airline’s and the visa cancellation charges are deducted. Our team tells you the exact amount before the cancellation is processed.
• Group-fare air tickets are non-refundable.

Hotels and ground services

Hotels, transport and other ground services follow the supplier’s terms and conditions. If a change or cancellation carries a charge, our team tells you before it applies.

How to cancel

• Send your cancellation request through our official phone, WhatsApp or office, with your booking details.
• The cancellation date is the date the Company receives and acknowledges your request during working hours.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are paid back through the same payment method used for the original payment.
• No-show, late arrival, leaving the group early or unused services do not give an automatic right to a refund.
• Where a supplier refunds an amount, the Company passes on the eligible refund after receiving it, less applicable deductions.
• Refund time depends on the supplier, the bank and the payment method.
