What we do
How we help
- Fresh passport application
- Passport re-issue
- Normal and Tatkaal applications
- Document checklist and appointment support

New, renewal or Tatkal?
Not sure which application fits your case? Here is the difference in simple terms.
New passport
- For your first passport
- Needs proof of date of birth and proof of address
- Police verification is usually part of the process
- Start as soon as you plan to travel
Renewal or re-issue
- When your passport is expiring, expired, damaged or out of pages
- Also when details such as your name or address change
- Bring your old passport to the appointment
- Whether police verification is needed depends on your case
Tatkal
- For an urgent need, at a higher government fee
- The same basic documents, plus anything extra the rules ask for
- Often faster, but never guaranteed
- The Passport Office decides who qualifies and when it is issued
Documents for adults and minors
A typical list. The Passport Seva portal shows the exact list for your case, and we go through it with you.
| Document | Adult | Minor (under 18) |
|---|---|---|
| Proof of date of birth | Birth certificate, PAN card, Aadhaar or school leaving certificate | Birth certificate is the usual proof |
| Proof of address | Aadhaar, a recent utility bill or a bank passbook with photo | Usually a parent’s address proof |
| Old passport | Original passport, for renewal or re-issue | Original passport, if the child had one |
| Parents’ papers | Not needed | Copies of the parents’ passports, if they have them, and a declaration signed by the parents |
| At the appointment | All originals and one set of self-attested copies | The child attends with a parent, who brings their own originals too |

How the Passport Seva process works
We assist you at every step. The appointment, police verification and the final decision belong to the Passport Authority.
- 1
Check your case
Tell us what you have. We tell you whether you need a new passport, a re-issue or Tatkal, and which documents to collect.
- 2
Fill the online form
We help you fill the application on the Passport Seva portal and check every detail against your documents before it goes in.
- 3
Pay the fee and book a slot
The government fee is paid online. We help you pick an available appointment at a Passport Seva Kendra or a Post Office Passport Seva Kendra.
- 4
Attend your appointment
You go in person with your original documents. Photographs, fingerprints and document checks are done there.
- 5
Police verification
The local police verify your address and details. Keep your phone on and your documents ready for their visit or call.
- 6
Track and receive
Your passport comes by post. We help you track the status and tell you if anything more is asked for.
How long will it take?
It depends on appointment slots, police verification and the passport office’s workload, so we never promise a date. Start as soon as you know you will travel, and hold off on non-refundable bookings until your passport is in your hands.

FAQs
Questions about this service
Saudi Arabia usually expects your passport to be valid for at least six months from your travel date. If yours expires sooner, or is running out of blank pages, renew it before you book. We confirm the current rule for your dates.
