Planning your tickets

  • Group fares

    For group departures, families and jamaats travelling together. Group fares often come with fixed dates and stricter change rules.

  • Families and elders

    We plan seats together where the fare allows, and account for child and infant tickets. Some seat choices cost extra.

  • Baggage and Zamzam

    Allowances depend on the airline and fare, and airlines have their own rules for Zamzam. Ask us before you pack.

  • Date changes

    Whether you can change a date, and what it costs, depends on the fare you choose. We explain it before you book.

  • Names as in the passport

    The name on your ticket must match your passport exactly. Correcting a spelling later can be costly, or not allowed.

  • Help on board

    Wheelchair assistance and special meals are requested from the airline. Tell us when booking so we can add them.
