Which visa do you need?

Individual Umrah visa
For one pilgrim, a couple or a family travelling on their own dates. We prepare it together with the bookings it depends on.
Group Umrah visa
For pilgrims on our group departures from Mumbai. The whole group’s applications are prepared together, so everyone travels on the same plan.
Visas for other countries
Visa submission for other destinations too. Each embassy has its own checklist and photo rules, and we prepare your file to match it.
Saudi Umrah visa rules for 2026–27, as reported
As reported for the 2026–27 season: an Umrah visa has to be used within about 30 days of being issued. Hotel and transport are booked through Saudi Arabia’s Nusuk platform before the visa is issued, and Indian pilgrims apply through an authorised agent rather than on their own. So we confirm your stay and travel first, then apply close to your travel date. These rules change often, as reported — we confirm the current rules when you apply.

Common reasons applications get delayed
Most delays come from small things. We look for these before anything is submitted.
- Name spelt one way in the passport and another way on the form or ticket
- Photo in the wrong size or background, or too old
- Passport close to expiry, or without blank pages
- Blurred, cropped or incomplete passport scans
- Hotel or transport bookings not yet confirmed
- Travel dates or the list of travellers changed at the last minute
- A child’s papers incomplete — birth certificate or parents’ details missing
- Applying in a busy period such as Ramadan, when demand is high

Not too early. As currently reported, the visa has to be used within about 30 days of issue, so we apply closer to your travel date once your bookings are confirmed. Do start collecting documents early, especially if your passport needs renewal.
