Key points
- Compare what is included, not only the price. A cheaper quote with a far hotel, no meals or shared rooms can cost more in the end.
- Ask each agent for the same details on WhatsApp or email: dates, hotel distance, room sharing, meals, flights and baggage.
- Hotel distance means walking time to the Haram gate, not the number printed on a brochure.
- Be careful of very low prices, full payment demanded at once, or an agent who will not share a registered address.
Why two quotes are hard to compare
One quote says ₹85,000 and another says ₹99,000. The cheaper one looks better, but the two packages may not be the same trip at all. The dates, the hotel, the number of people in a room and the meals can change the real cost by a lot.
The easy way is to put both quotes side by side and go through the same list for each one. Anything an agent cannot answer clearly is a warning sign.

Hotel distance: the biggest difference
A hotel “500 m from the Haram” can mean a flat 6-minute walk or an uphill road that takes 15 minutes in the crowd. For elderly parents this decides how many prayers they can reach in the mosque.
Ask for the hotel’s walking time to the nearest gate, whether it is uphill, and whether a shuttle bus runs at prayer times. Our packages use hotels up to 650 m from the Haram; ask us the walking time for any of them.
Red flags
- A price far below every other agent for the same dates and hotel class
- Full payment demanded at once, or payment asked into a personal account
- No registered office address, no GST number, or no one you can meet
- Hotel names or distances that keep changing, or “will tell you later”
- No clear cancellation rule
- Pressure to decide today, with no time to ask questions
Before paying any agent, read our guide on how to check a genuine Hajj or Umrah agent.
How we price our Umrah packages
Our package pages show what is included: the return flight ticket, Umrah visa, hotels up to 650 m from the Haram, Indian meals three times a day, bus transport, ziyarat in both cities, laundry, Zamzam and a travel kit. Room-sharing prices and child prices are listed on each package.
A booking is made with 30% of the price and the balance is paid in stages before travel. Every booking is confirmed by our Nashik office. If anything in a quote is unclear, call or WhatsApp us with your questions.
Questions
Usually because of the hotel distance, the number of people sharing a room, meals not included, a cheaper flight with a stop, or a season with lower demand. Compare what is included, not only the price.
