Umrah cost from India: our current prices
The first question most families ask is simple: Umrah ka kharcha kitna hai? Here is the Umrah cost from India with our group packages from Mumbai, as shown on our website today. Both packages leave every week, fly from Mumbai to Jeddah, and go to Makkah first, then Madinah.
- 15 Days Umrah: ₹89,999 per person. 10 nights in Makkah, then 4 nights in Madinah.
- 20 Days Umrah: ₹99,999 per person. 15 nights in Makkah, then 4 nights in Madinah.
- Both prices are on 5-bed average sharing, which means about five people share a room on average.
- GST and TCS extra as applicable.
These are current package rates; seasonal rates differ. Rates may change because of government policy, airline rules or currency rates, and any change is told to you in advance. Our team confirms your final price before you book.
Umrah cost for a couple or a family of four
For a couple, our 15-day Umrah costs 2 × ₹89,999 and our 20-day Umrah 2 × ₹99,999, on 5-bed average sharing, with GST and TCS extra. Children have their own lower price, so a family of four is worked out as two adult prices plus two child prices.
- Couple, 15 days: 2 × ₹89,999, on 5-bed average sharing
- Couple, 20 days: 2 × ₹99,999, on 5-bed average sharing
- Couple in a double room: the adult price plus the double-room extra for each person, shown on the package page
- Family of 4, 15 days (2 adults and 2 children aged 2–8, without a bed): 2 × ₹89,999 plus the 15-day child price for each child
- Family of 4, 20 days (2 adults and 2 children aged 2–8, without a bed): 2 × ₹99,999 plus the 20-day child price for each child
- Infants under 2, and children who need their own bed, have separate prices
The room and child prices for each package are listed on its page. GST and TCS are extra on every example above, and our team confirms the total for your family before you book.

Our team goes through what is included and what is not before you book.
What makes up the cost of Umrah
Flights and hotels are usually the biggest parts of the cost of Umrah. Whichever agency you book with, a package is built from the same main parts:
- Flights: one of the largest parts of the cost. Fares rise at busy times such as Ramzan and the holidays, and late bookings usually cost more.
- Visa and bookings: the Umrah visa and, as reported for 2026–27, the hotel and transport bookings made through Nusuk before the visa is issued.
- Hotels: the closer the hotel is to the Haram, the higher the rate. A hotel within walking distance saves time, taxi fares and tired legs.
- Room sharing: the same hotel costs less per person when more people share a room.
- Meals: three meals a day for two or three weeks add up, so check which meals are included.
- Transport: from the airport to the hotel, between Makkah and Madinah, and to the ziyarat places.
- Ziyarat and support: guided visits, and a team you can call in Makkah and Madinah.
What changes the price
- Season: Ramzan, especially the last ten nights, and the school holidays usually cost more. Quieter weeks usually cost less.
- Hotel distance: a hotel right next to the Haram costs more than one a short walk away.
- Room sharing: quad, triple and double rooms cost more per person than 5-bed average sharing.
- Flight timing: popular dates and late bookings usually mean higher fares. Booking early helps.
- Number of days: more nights mean more hotel and meal costs. Our 20-day package is ₹99,999 against ₹89,999 for 15 days, for five extra nights in Makkah.
- Group or customised: a Customised Umrah is priced on your own dates, hotels, flights and services.
- Children: children’s prices depend on age and bed, and are confirmed with your quotation.
What is not included
Personal spending, extra baggage, room upgrades and anything not listed in the package are not included in our prices. In detail:
- Services not mentioned in the package, such as room service
- Personal expenses, shopping and phone bills
- Extra baggage beyond the airline allowance
- Upgrades to quad, triple or double rooms (available at a different price)
Services that are not in the package can be arranged on request, at applicable charges. Ask before you travel, so there are no surprises later.
Extra spending to plan for
Keep a separate budget for shopping, food outside the hotel, phone data and charity, because the package covers the main costs only. How much you need depends on your family and your habits, so make your own list before you go:

Carry some Saudi riyals in cash and a card that works abroad, and keep your money in two places. Our team can help you arrange riyals through an authorised money changer; rates change daily.
How to compare two Umrah quotes
A lower price is not always cheaper. Two quotes can only be compared when they are for the same trip. Check these points in both:

If one quote is much lower, ask what is different. The gap is often in the hotel distance, the room sharing, the meals or the flights.
Paying for your Umrah safely
Pay only after the price is confirmed, and only through the company’s official channels. Indian tax rules usually ask for your PAN when you pay for an international tour package, so keep a copy ready. GST and TCS are extra; ask us to show them clearly in your quote.
