Departure
Our Premier Hajj is planned to leave on 09 April, and our Classic and Short Hajj Express packages on 07 May 2027. These dates are tentative and subject to Saudi and Indian government policy and approvals.
Two routes: Haj Committee or a private group
Indian pilgrims perform Hajj under a quota agreed between India and Saudi Arabia. Most seats go through the Haj Committee of India, which selects pilgrims from applications. The rest go through private Hajj Group Organisers (HGOs) approved by the Ministry of Minority Affairs.
The Haj Committee route usually costs less, but it depends on selection and follows a fixed plan. A private group usually costs more and gives you more choice, such as the length of stay.
- Short Hajj Express: 17 days (07 – 23 May 2027, tentative)
- Premier Hajj and Classic Hajj: 43 days each, with more time in Makkah and Madinah
- Our Hajj 2027 rates are shared on call
We are an eligible Hajj Group Organiser for Haj 2027.
How to check a Hajj Group Organiser
- 1
Step 1
Ask for the HGO ID
Every eligible private operator has an HGO ID. Ask for it, and check it on the government list, before you pay anything.
- 2
Step 2
Find the official list
The Ministry of Minority Affairs publishes the list of eligible HGOs for each Hajj year on its official website.
- 3
Step 3
Match the details
Check that the name, HGO ID and category on the list match the company you are dealing with, and that the list is for Haj 2027.
- 4
Step 4
Pay safely
Pay only into the company’s own account by a traceable method.

Document and health rules for Hajj are set each year by the Saudi and Indian authorities. We confirm the current list when you book.
Prepare your body and learn the rites
Hajj involves a lot of walking: between the tents in Mina, to the Jamarat, and in and around the Haram, often in heat and crowds. Start walking every day at least two to three months before you go, and build up slowly. Break in the footwear you will use.
If you have diabetes, blood pressure, heart or joint problems, speak to your doctor early about medicines, heat and walking. Elderly pilgrims should plan for a wheelchair where it is needed.
Learn the rites before you leave. Attend sessions with a qualified scholar, read a simple guide, and understand what happens on each day from the 8th to the 13th. Pilgrims who know the steps feel calmer and can help others in the group.
Money, qurbani and packing
- Carry some Saudi riyals in cash and a card that works abroad; keep money in two places
- Ask whether the qurbani (sacrifice) is included in your package or paid separately, and how it is arranged
- Keep some money aside for personal spending, gifts and emergencies
